Lead daily operations for the Paving Division, supporting craft personnel and driving project goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and schedule at Keeley Construction's Colorado Springs location.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support assigned crew in daily work activities while reinforcing company policies and work standards
- Organize daily tasks, assign work, and set the pace for production
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs to support daily operations
- Assist with planning daily work activities based on production goals and site conditions
- Communicate material and equipment needs to supervision
- Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly
- Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in concrete or heavy civil construction
- Valid Class B CDL
- Equipment operator experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, safety-oriented, and team-focused
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in concrete or heavy civil construction
