Process new customer accounts for credit and cash on delivery, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely follow-up. Support company goals and deliver excellent customer service in collaboration with the Regional Credit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts for new customers (both credit and COD)
- Process project accounts
- Gather documentation for various job duties
- Maintain organized records
- Perform good follow-up routines
- Work with the Regional Credit Manager to support company goals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Learn to understand and utilize various software programs, including Eclipse Eterm and Solar
Requirements
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong and clear communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Inclination to working with numbers
