About This Role

Process new customer accounts for credit and cash on delivery, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely follow-up. Support company goals and deliver excellent customer service in collaboration with the Regional Credit Manager.

Responsibilities

Process accounts for new customers (both credit and COD)
Process project accounts
Gather documentation for various job duties
Maintain organized records
Perform good follow-up routines
Work with the Regional Credit Manager to support company goals
Provide excellent customer service
Learn to understand and utilize various software programs, including Eclipse Eterm and Solar

Requirements

Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Strong and clear communication skills (both spoken and written)
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
Inclination to working with numbers
