Creative Director

About This Role

This role is for a hands-on Creative Director to lead art direction, visual quality, and design output across multiple brands within Pritchard Companies. You will mentor designers, collaborate with video and copy teams, and actively contribute to design work yourself to elevate the company's creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the creative bar across all visual output
• Lead art direction for campaigns, content, and brand systems
• Design, direct, and fix creative work as needed
• Mentor designers and creatives with clarity and generosity
• Collaborate tightly with video, copy, and leadership teams
• Help build an intentional and repeatable creative process

Requirements

• Strong art direction and visual judgment
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
• Comfort with motion fundamentals and designing for video
• Excellent taste in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to give clear creative direction and practical feedback
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, deadlines, and real-world constraints

Qualifications

• Seasoned creative with a strong, real portfolio
