This role is for a highly motivated commercial leasing agent to drive tenant outreach, tours, and deal flow for exclusive retail and office listings across NYC's five boroughs. The position focuses on managing a high-volume portfolio and bringing deals from initial contact to lease execution.
Responsibilities
- Work a high-volume portfolio of exclusive listings
- Source and engage qualified tenants for spaces
- Conduct tours with qualified tenants and brokers
- Collaborate with the ARA leasing team
- Drive deals from first contact to LOI and lease execution
Requirements
- Commercial leasing experience or understanding of the CRE world
- Organized
- Proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Motivated by commission and deal volume
