Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks
- Install and repair electrical fixtures
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures
- Perform paint and drywall work
- Provide prompt and professional troubleshooting of issues
- Clearly communicate with management, office personnel, and customers
- Maintain a presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Identify and communicate additional repair opportunities to customers
- Ensure punctual and efficient completion of all tasks
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Good overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Electrical fixtures, Plumbing fixtures, Paint, Drywall
- Basic set of hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable, personable, approachable, and clean-cut appearance
- Well-maintained vehicle
