About This Role

Courtesy Drivers at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln are responsible for safely transporting customers and vehicles, enhancing the service experience through professional and punctual service.

Responsibilities

• Transport customer vehicles using the Red Cap application
• Transport customers to their intended destination or pick them up and return them to the dealership
• Exercise good judgment and safe driving skills while maintaining a timely shuttle route
• Engage in professional and courteous conversation with customers
• Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination/pick-up point
• Valet vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Return vehicle keys to the appropriate key board with location noted
• Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require (e.g., oil changes, tires, cleaning, maintenance)
• Maintain professional personal appearance

• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid driving and parking skills
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
