Courtesy Drivers at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln are responsible for safely transporting customers and vehicles, enhancing the service experience through professional and punctual service.
Responsibilities
- Transport customer vehicles using the Red Cap application
- Transport customers to their intended destination or pick them up and return them to the dealership
- Exercise good judgment and safe driving skills while maintaining a timely shuttle route
- Engage in professional and courteous conversation with customers
- Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination/pick-up point
- Valet vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Return vehicle keys to the appropriate key board with location noted
- Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require (e.g., oil changes, tires, cleaning, maintenance)
- Maintain professional personal appearance
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual

- Solid driving and parking skills
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
