Counter Sales Warehouse

About This Role

This role is a key customer-facing position, responsible for generating sales and providing excellent service to customers, while also handling warehouse operations like receiving, organizing, and shipping materials.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone
• Receive and handle warehouse material
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed
• Maintain showroom and warehouse organization
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Support other branches to ensure consistent service
