About This Role

Lead a team of Beauty Advisors to drive sales, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for a brand's in-store presence. Blend product expertise with operational excellence to ensure profitability and pristine visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors
  • Lead by example, demonstrating how to convert potential customers into loyal clients
  • Smash daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (Average Unit Sale, Link Selling, etc.) to adjust strategies dynamically
  • Plan and execute in-store events and masterclasses to drive traffic and build community
  • Manage inventory levels and process shipments
  • Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards
  • Act as the primary liaison between the brand and department store management

Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail management
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the industry and keen eye for detail
  • Natural communicator and able to manage customer concerns or motivate a team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in retail management

Nice to Have
