Lead a team of Beauty Advisors to drive sales, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for a brand's in-store presence. Blend product expertise with operational excellence to ensure profitability and pristine visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors
- Lead by example, demonstrating how to convert potential customers into loyal clients
- Smash daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (Average Unit Sale, Link Selling, etc.) to adjust strategies dynamically
- Plan and execute in-store events and masterclasses to drive traffic and build community
- Manage inventory levels and process shipments
- Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards
- Act as the primary liaison between the brand and department store management
Requirements
- 2+ years in retail management
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the industry and keen eye for detail
- Natural communicator and able to manage customer concerns or motivate a team

- 2+ years in retail management
