Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, project finance, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
- Support evaluation of power and renewable energy investments, projects, and strategic initiatives
- Assist with transaction execution, including M&A, project financings, and capital raises
- Prepare investment memoranda, internal presentations, and materials for senior management and external stakeholders
- Conduct industry, market, and regulatory research across power, renewables, and energy infrastructure
- Work closely with senior team members on valuation, structuring, and due diligence processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Transaction exposure
- Genuine interest in the power and renewables space
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance
