About This Role

This role will support the Club channel by coordinating marketing projects and sales support for new product introductions and management, working closely with sales, production, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly sales data using POS and internal sales reports
• Coordinate new product development, including packaging approval, proofreading, timelines, first production, and sample requests
• Monitor product inventories and ensure follow-up to optimize service levels
• Coordinate demonstration programs according to the established plan and update monthly tracking
• Support the creation of client presentations
• Verify and maintain product accuracy on the client's digital platform
• Contribute to commercial sales administration (transaction entry, deductions, reports)

Requirements

• BAC in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Bilingualism French / English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate meticulousness and organizational rigor
• Strong teamwork skills

Qualifications

• BAC en administration des affaires ou expérience pertinente / équivalente
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food industry, packaged consumer goods, or Canadian retail
• Experience with databases such as Nielsen, Circana
