About This Role

Responsible for managing multiple culinary workstations, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and high standards for food preparation, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes
  • Maintain all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products
  • Ensure stations are clean and all food items are properly covered and stored at the end of shift
  • Follow all recipes, specifications, and control procedures
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with health regulations
  • Assist with guest requests
  • Run one or multiple stations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Strong organizational skills
  • ServSafe certification or ability to become certified
  • Level 4 Gaming License

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
