Responsible for managing multiple culinary workstations, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and high standards for food preparation, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes
- Maintain all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products
- Ensure stations are clean and all food items are properly covered and stored at the end of shift
- Follow all recipes, specifications, and control procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with health regulations
- Assist with guest requests
- Run one or multiple stations
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational skills
- ServSafe certification or ability to become certified
- Level 4 Gaming License
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
