Contract Vehicle Manager

About This Role

This role will shape Mark43's procurement operations. The Contract Vehicle Manager will develop and implement strategies for managing procurement vehicles across various markets, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance, and oversee the entire contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for managing procurement vehicles in State, Local, Education, Federal, and UK markets, including IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and cooperative purchasing agreements
• Partner with Ssales, Legal, Finance, Product, Partnerships, Capture, Operations, and Services to submit proposals for new government-wide contract vehicles
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure active vehicles align with FAR and DFARS regulations
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve performance issues
• Track contract modifications and ensure timely reporting to meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Review budget performance and contract spending trends to inform sourcing strategies
• Manage all phases of a contract lifecycle, from solicitation and negotiation to award, modifications, and closeout

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience working with and managing procurement paths, contract vehicles, contract administration, and capture
• Highly organized and adept at prioritization
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of contract types (fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, T&M) and acquisition procedures
• Comfortable navigating legal and regulatory frameworks, especially FAR and DFARS

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience working with and managing procurement paths, contract vehicles, contract administration, and capture.
