This role is a central coordination hub for the consumer business, driving operational excellence and cohesion across the Consumer Marketing organization and its partners. The position ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, fosters clear collaboration across teams, and supports the organization’s ability to deliver results and scale in a fast-moving environment. The Consumer Strategy & Operations Manager will report to the Consumer Strategy & Operations Principal.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning for cross-functional initiatives, translating topline objectives into integrated roadmaps.
- Anticipate and manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across a complex initiative portfolio, proactively surfacing implications and facilitating decisions.
- Build and maintain operating systems and rhythms (e.g. internal communications, team onsites, team project management, goal-setting, quarterly planning, executive readouts).
- Partner closely with teammates to evolve the consumer operating model, shaping processes, governance, tooling, and documentation that improve prioritization, execution, and scalability.
- Take first pen on project plans and new organizational approaches, identifying the gaps between what the team has and what the team needs to up-level initiatives both large and small.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, chief of staff roles, management consulting, or program management
- Experience with marketing teams
- Systems thinker with an operator's mindset
- Executive-ready communicator comfortable with data
- Strong operating judgment
- Detail orientation and quality execution
- Skill bringing structure to open-ended problems
- Cross-functional influence
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, chief of staff roles, management consulting, or program management, including close collaboration with marketing teams.
