Consultative Sales Associate

About This Role

This role is for an empathetic and enthusiastic sales associate who will assess clients' needs for arch support systems and educate them on product benefits. The position offers long-term growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Attend and graduate a two week, paid, Arch Support Specialist Certification Training
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand customers' foot support needs
• Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products
• Assist customers in trying different products to ensure a perfect fit
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to build lasting relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Perform regular inventory, product preparation, and light cleaning tasks

Requirements

• At least one year of previous sales experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Positive, approachable, and empathetic
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using a POS system and other basic computer skills
• Must be able to work fluctuating schedules including days, evenings, and weekends (Open weekend availability required)
• Comfortable with constant standing, walking, and kneeling
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders

Qualifications

• At least one year of previous sales experience
