Serve as a Relocation Consultant II, navigating transferees through the domestic relocation process, administering policy, and coordinating various services to ensure a smooth transition.
Responsibilities
- Administer relocation policy/program for domestic transferees
- Counsel transferees on best utilization of relocation resources
- Review and interpret marketing reports, appraisals, and inspections
- Oversee the equity funding process for transferees
- Coordinate shipment of household goods, destination services, and expense management
- Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering impeccable customer service
- Provide primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities as per contractual agreements
- Coordinate / Facilitate Cartus' core products and services to assigned customers
- Ensure data integrity in all Cartus systems and compliance with corporate policies
- Ensure supplier partners perform necessary tasks related to property sale and closing
- Establish effective working relationships with Network and Non-Network brokers
- Coordinate ordering, review, and analysis of agent prepared BMAs and property action plans
Requirements
- 2+ years prior relocation or real estate experience with home sale closings
- 2 years customer service experience
- Influential verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years prior relocation or real estate experience with home sale closings, and 2 years customer service experience
