About This Role

MPM Pacific is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The role involves overseeing residential construction, specifically duplexes and single-family homes, and coordinating subcontractors. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met
• Conduct site inspections to maintain construction quality and safety standards
• Organize and supervise subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed to the required specifications
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Proven experience overseeing residential construction, specifically duplexes and single-family homes
• Strong understanding of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven experience overseeing residential construction, specifically duplexes and single-family homes.
