This role supports construction project lifecycles from planning through closeout, focusing on scheduling, cost control, material procurement, and ensuring safety and quality. The coordinator acts as a liaison between design engineers, suppliers, and field crews to maintain project timelines and address challenges.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from planning through closeout
- Manage schedules, costs, and material logistics
- Perform quality inspections and support field crews
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Communicate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements
- 3+ years in project coordination or engineering
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6/MS Project)
- Proficiency in cost tracking (Excel)
- Proficiency in PM platforms (Procore or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3+ years in project coordination or engineering
