Construction Field Supervisor

About This Role

This role supports field operations by assisting with well site construction, pad preparation, and lease road maintenance. It involves coordinating with various teams and ensuring locations are prepared and maintained for future development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing construction and pad preparation activities for new and existing locations
• Support major location and lease road repairs, including coordination of crews and materials
• Help identify and evaluate potential locations for future well development
• Coordinate with surveyors and environmental contractors during staking of new wells and pad expansions
• Communicate with land and environmental teams regarding proposed locations and development plans
• Assist with bidding, estimating, and coordination of construction and repair work
• Support field inspections to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable standards
• Provide regular updates on construction progress, issues, and field conditions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-8 years of related field experience, or 9-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education
• Completion of IADC RigPass, SafeLand, or an approved equivalent safety orientation
• Working knowledge of well site construction, pad development, and lease road maintenance
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory considerations related to site construction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-8 years of related field experience, or an equivalent substitution of 9-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education
