About This Role

Manage Cat Technology growth in the Construction Industry by developing technology strategies with key accounts, selling products like Cat Grade & Compaction, Command, Detect, VisionLink Productivity & Autonomy, and gathering customer feedback. Collaborate with commercial partners on new product development and enhance Construction Service Offerings for Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology strategy for Construction accounts
  • Translate customer feedback into a comprehensive technology strategy for key accounts
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer business operations to recommend appropriate technological solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to drive sales
  • Coordinate with CAT Customer Solutions Core Region and Commercial Technology Teams to expand technology sales
  • Assist business and functional units in creating strategies based on customer feedback
  • Enhance Construction Service Offerings for Customers
  • Find opportunities to expand service options for Quarry accounts (e.g., Productivity Reporting, KPI clarification, & Safety Enhancements)
  • Collaborate with Cat Digital to develop new reports for quarry customers
  • Promote Cat Command & Autonomy
  • Work with key accounts on solution adoption
  • Find use cases that drive positive outcomes for customers
  • Drive collaboration to fully autonomous site planning
  • Gain confidence in our early learning strategy with customers

Requirements

  • Broad expertise in Relationship Management & Customer Focus
  • Broad experience in Value Selling
  • Extensive experience in Negotiation
  • Working knowledge of Account Management
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate customer technology needs in the waste industry using effective tools and techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management for a services organization
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar Products and Applications
  • Strong Drive and Organizational Capabilities
  • Experience in the Construction Industry
  • Power BI experience
