Represent altafiber's brand and offerings in a retail environment and through outbound calling, assessing customer needs to provide optimal communication and smart home solutions. Excel in consultative selling while maintaining high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality service to all altafiber customers and potential customers in-store and over the phone
- Utilize outbound dialing for customer acquisition and upsell using connected home products and services
- Initiate and obtain sales through lead lists while meeting productivity metrics
- Effectively multi-task between account management, customer feedback, offering solutions, and discussing product options
- Assess customer needs and provide optimal communication & smart home solutions that meet their budget and availability
- Provide helpful, professional, and courteous assistance on altafiber related services beyond the store's scope
- Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of all services and products, including bundles and new offerings
- Know connected home devices and solutions offered
- Understand promotional offers and supporting systems for products and services
- Thoroughly understand all aspects of the store POS system, including sales order entry, returns, exchanges, and inventory management
- Demonstrate an outstanding understanding and application of all store operating procedures
- Demonstrate superior team skills to support other team members
- Attain sales and service goals as defined by store manager and customer feedback
- Provide consistent documented customer sales and follow up
- Successfully demonstrate a superior application of all training provided

Qualifications
