Connected Solutions Consultant

About This Role

Represent altafiber's brand and offerings in a retail environment and through outbound calling, assessing customer needs to provide optimal communication and smart home solutions. Excel in consultative selling while maintaining high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all altafiber customers and potential customers in-store and over the phone
• Utilize outbound dialing for customer acquisition and upsell using connected home products and services
• Initiate and obtain sales through lead lists while meeting productivity metrics
• Effectively multi-task between account management, customer feedback, offering solutions, and discussing product options
• Assess customer needs and provide optimal communication & smart home solutions that meet their budget and availability
• Provide helpful, professional, and courteous assistance on altafiber related services beyond the store's scope
• Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of all services and products, including bundles and new offerings
• Know connected home devices and solutions offered
• Understand promotional offers and supporting systems for products and services
• Thoroughly understand all aspects of the store POS system, including sales order entry, returns, exchanges, and inventory management
• Demonstrate an outstanding understanding and application of all store operating procedures
• Demonstrate superior team skills to support other team members
• Attain sales and service goals as defined by store manager and customer feedback
• Provide consistent documented customer sales and follow up
• Successfully demonstrate a superior application of all training provided

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant telecommunications, retail sales, and customer service experience desired
