Concierge On-Call

About This Role

The Concierge On-Call supports clients' employees by anticipating needs and fulfilling requests, with a main objective to deliver excellent customer service. This role involves managing various customer services and accurately capturing activity while promoting services and adhering to company values.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer services (e.g., running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs)
• Accurately capture service activity within BEST’s service management platform
• Market services and promotions to customers
• Live out BEST’s core values: trustworthiness, compassion, resourcefulness, results-focus, and value creation

Requirements

• At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms with a strength in data entry accuracy
• Self-motivated to engage with customers proactively
• Passionate about supporting people
• Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple service requests, respond effectively and deliver on time
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain required vehicle insurance coverage

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

Nice to Have

• Three to five years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
