About This Role

Papa is seeking compassionate individuals to provide non-medical companionship and daily assistance to older adults and families through its technology platform. This role involves offering support with transportation, in-home tasks, errands, and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for members to appointments and local destinations
• Engage members in conversation, walks, games, and quality time
• Offer light assistance with daily tasks such as tidying up, laundry, and meal preparation
• Accompany members on errands like grocery shopping and prescription pick-ups

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance

Qualifications

• No professional caregiving or medical experience is required.
