As a Community Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading operational planning and execution across internal stakeholder groups, driving engagement, content management, communications, and business operations support. This role ensures field and partner teams are enabled through organized communication, shared resources, and consistent stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic community engagement plan, outlining key priorities, milestones, and alignment across internal stakeholder groups
- Operationalize key community ROB meetings including scheduling, agendas, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions
- Manage calendars and invitations for field-facing engagements such as Community Calls, Global team calls, and joint community sessions
- Create and maintain a dynamic Priority Opportunities List capturing tasks, owners, timelines, and recommendations from stakeholder feedback
- Build and maintain community business operations assets and GSMB Hub digital presence
- Monitor community engagement KPIs, analyze data, and develop improvement plans
- Produce community project status reports outlining timelines, risks, and progress
- Develop meeting materials including slides and handouts for various stakeholder forums
Requirements
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills across multiple workstreams
- Experience in managing communications plans and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to create and manage editorial calendars, newsletters, and internal communications
- Experience with community site governance and managing recurring communications
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex scheduling and content development
- Experience in supporting onboarding and field readiness initiatives
