Community Outreach Liaison

About This Role

This role is for a Community Operations Liaison to manage and grow relationships with artists, vendors, community partners, and sponsors, ensuring smooth event operations through communication, task execution, and data organization for Milk Mart Orlando.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for vendor, business, and sponsor inquiries
• Process the first round of vendor applications, removing spam and disqualified applicants
• Process vendor payments, connecting payment accounts to applications and merging duplicates
• Clean, organize, and maintain vendor data and records across Square and Klaviyo
• Recruit new vendors through targeted campaigns and outreach
• Research and connect with local community groups for activations at Milk Mart
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, community partners, and sponsors
• Assist with outreach to potential sponsors and collaborators
• Act as a liaison for vendors, community partners, and sponsors during events
• Support on-site operations to ensure a positive, seamless experience

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, comfortable managing data and digital workflows
• Comfortable cold-emailing local groups and potential sponsors
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with Square
• Experience with Klaviyo
