About This Role

The Community Liaison is a dynamic, results-driven role focused on expanding NursePartners' three core business lines: non-medical home care, dementia-focused services (GEM Care), and facility staffing. This individual will generate referrals from professional partners and negotiate staffing agreements with care communities, cultivating strategic relationships with healthcare providers and senior living administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Promote GEM Division services by educating referral sources on dementia-focused care model and generating new home care referrals
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with memory care units, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician groups, hospice providers, estate planners, trust officers, and other professionals serving older adults
  • Independently draft and execute a targeted marketing plan, prioritizing promising referral sources
  • Present marketing plan for approval to the COO and CEO and adjust based on performance and organizational priorities
  • Propose and lead marketing initiatives such as sponsorships, professional presentations, and community engagement activities
  • Identify care communities utilizing interim or supplemental staffing services
  • Negotiate and secure facility staffing agreements for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, supporting needs ranging from short-term callouts to long-term block scheduling
  • Attend networking events, professional conferences, and scheduled meetings with healthcare and elder care decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, referral outcomes, and active partnerships within the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with scheduling, staffing, and care coordination teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and facility contracts
  • Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly benchmarks for referral generation and facility contract development

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare sales, business development, or community relations
  • Familiarity with dementia care best practices and the senior living industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage professional relationships and close partnership agreements
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare sales, business development, or community relations; experience in home care, hospice, or long-term care strongly preferred

  • Experience with the Positive Approach to Care® model by Teepa Snow
  • Background in senior living, hospice, home health, or nurse staffing marketing
  • Established professional network within the Philadelphia metropolitan healthcare and elder care community (Pennsylvania side preferred)
  • Understanding of trust and estate planning referral dynamics
