This role involves operating a Mobile Health Unit, providing security, managing equipment, and assisting with health screenings and recordkeeping to support community health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Operate Mobile Health Unit according to operator's manual specifications and safety measures
- Provide for security when operating the unit at health screening and/or community health fair
- Inventory equipment and supplies
- Maintain testing equipment
- Assist with recordkeeping and documentation
- Assist in health screening activities as assigned per competency and protocol
Requirements
- Current N.J. Drivers License in good standing
- Minimum one year large vehicle driving experience
- BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum one year large vehicle driving experience
Nice to Have
- Associate's degree
- Knowledge of data management, project management, attention to detail and prioritization
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with members of the community as well as healthcare professionals
- Ability to quickly learn patient testing procedures, operations and maintenance of patient testing equipment
