Community Corrections Program Analyst

About This Role

This role involves performing complex professional work for Community Corrections, combining program and practice knowledge with county and state software systems. The analyst will ensure compliance with mandates, provide staff support, and manage data administration and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex professional work combining department programs and practices with software systems
• Partner with other analysts to ensure internal and state system data and reporting compliance
• Provide staff training, communication, technical, and professional support
• Offer expertise in data administration and evaluations
• Focus on system and program support, data integrity, analytics, reporting, and issue escalation
• Prepare routine and ad hoc management level reports by extracting, analyzing, and presenting information
• Schedule, monitor, develop, perform, and implement quality assurance measures for various systems
• Provide user training and design surveys
• Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization
• Assist with Department and Divisional data collection projects

Requirements

• Knowledge of governmental organizations, administrative procedures, and operations
• Knowledge of research techniques and of basic evaluation, statistical analysis, and accounting principles
• Ability to evaluate information, prepare recommendations, and produce clear and accurate reports
• Advanced ability to work both independently and as a member of a team to complete complex projects
• Considerable ability to adjust to shifting priorities, timelines, and customer needs
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and time management skills
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI
