Community Care Lead

About This Role

This role will build and maintain strong relationships with the WhollyGloss community across digital platforms, ensuring every interaction feels supportive and valued. The Community Care Lead will also moderate interactions and gather feedback to enhance engagement strategies for the growing beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary steward of the WhollyGloss community across social and digital platforms
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment that reflects the brand’s values
• Moderate and respond to community interactions, inquiries, and feedback with care and clarity
• Support customer inquiries and ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up
• Plan and execute outreach and engagement initiatives that deepen brand trust and loyalty
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer-focused campaigns and initiatives
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing WhollyGloss with integrity, empathy, and excellence
• Gather and analyze community feedback to inform engagement strategies and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience in community engagement, social media management, customer support, or public relations
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities
• Passion for the beauty industry, with appreciation for clean, vegan, and cruelty-free products
• Ability to interpret customer feedback and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Proficiency with digital communication, social platforms, and collaboration tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or relationship-centered role
