About This Role

Provide community-based mental health services including individual, family, and group therapy in partnership with counties, school districts, and the general public. Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans to foster hope and healing for youth.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions aligned with treatment plans, professional, and certification standards
  • Conduct clinical assessments using interviews, record review, objective diagnostic tools, and team consultation
  • Develop and revise treatment plans collaboratively with clients
  • Integrate professional treatment and behavioral strategies within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Collaborate with and guide treatment team members in implementing individualized and comprehensive treatment plans
  • Complete all required documentation as per certification, funding source, and program standards
  • Actively participate in clinical supervision meetings to meet best practice and licensure standards
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in trainings

Requirements

  • Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP) or have a valid training license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of interviewing methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of clinical diagnostic activities and various modalities of psychotherapy and counseling
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and local ordinances and policies regarding therapeutic issues
  • Ability to maintain files, records, and reports
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
