Communications Consultant

About This Role

This role involves leading client accounts for an HR and employee benefits consulting firm, developing and executing sophisticated communication strategies for complex employee communication needs. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content across various media and provide expert advice on communication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute bespoke communication plans tailored to specific internal messaging requirements for a diverse client portfolio.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring partnerships with clients, team members, and external suppliers.
• Produce and refine written materials, incorporate client revisions, and guarantee the final output is impeccable and aligns with the client's vision.
• Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and outlines.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and financial plans.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding leading communication techniques and current developments in the field.
• Juggle numerous projects concurrently, often under demanding deadlines.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of internal communication/employee engagement experience in employee benefits, human resources, and communications in a consulting firm
• Proactive and independent work ethic
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Capability to adeptly manage priorities and complete assignments effectively when facing tight schedules
• Cooperative spirit and ability to thrive in a team-focused setting

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of internal communication/ employee engagement experience in employee benefits, human resources and communications, specifically in a consulting firm.
