Perform a variety of cleaning duties and material handling tasks in the Commissary, Bake Shop, and Salad Room, following established procedures and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Wash pots, pans and cooking utensils in the Commissary
- Move materials into and out of storage areas in the Bake Shop and Salad Room
- Clean offices, rest rooms, public areas and work areas in the Commissary including sweeping, dusting and mopping
- Remove trash and garbage
- Strip and wax floors
- Help load and unload trucks
- Observe safety regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation
Requirements
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from the floor to waist height
