About This Role

This role involves defining the commercial strategy for Growth Cab across offers, segments, and regions. The goal is to make revenue more predictable, scalable, and defensible by owning pricing, packaging, and offer structure, and aligning strategy with sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define commercial strategy across offers, segments, and regions
  • Own pricing, packaging, and offer structure based on market signal and margins
  • Analyze pipeline, conversion, deal size, and retention to identify leverage points
  • Partner with GTM and sales to align strategy with real execution constraints
  • Support decision-making on new offers, expansion plays, and upsell paths

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial strategy, revenue strategy, or GTM roles in B2B
  • Strong analytical skills paired with business judgment
  • Clear understanding of sales-led growth and outbound economics
  • Ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations
  • Direct, structured communication style
