About This Role

Drive global commercial strategy for dynamic storage and retrieval systems across American markets, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals. Translate market insights into actionable strategic programs and lead initiatives to strengthen market position and accelerate commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Global Commercial Strategy by defining, executing, and steering global commercial initiatives and priorities
  • Strengthen Kardex’s position in the intralogistics market
  • Support Head of Region and Head of Business Development by turning market insights, customer needs, and business challenges into strategic programs and actionable plans
  • Lead Commercial Excellence Initiatives to advance go‑to‑market models, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, service growth, and sales enablement
  • Oversee and challenge strategy execution by monitoring, challenging, and ensuring alignment of commercial programs with group objectives
  • Foster innovation and scalable solutions
  • Manage cross‑functional strategic initiatives and facilitate collaboration across regions
  • Prepare executive presentations and decision papers that shape Remstar’s long‑term commercial strategy

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications
  • Solid professional experience in commercial strategy consulting or project‑based work
  • Strong understanding of market analytics and sales and service processes, customer lifecycle management, and market dynamics
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong implementation capabilities
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Office 365
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Full business proficiency in English

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications
  • Solid professional experience in commercial strategy consulting or project‑based work; exposure to large transformation programs within a sales and service environment
