This internship supports the Cardiometabolic Care Sales Team by tracking key performance metrics, assisting with team recognition, and performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. The intern will create reports and dashboards to inform territory strategy and support area communications.
Responsibilities
- Track key performance metrics
- Assist with team recognition programs
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create concise reports and dashboards
- Provide insights to inform territory strategy
- Draft emails and updates for area communications
- Coordinate recognition programs to support field reps
Requirements
- Current student enrolled or recently graduated (no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree
- Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities; must be able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
Nice to Have
- Completed or in progress undergraduate degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline preferred
- Class year of Junior or Senior preferred
- Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
