Commercial Roofing Crew Member

About This Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day production needs of commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards and safety regulations. Crew members will install various roofing systems and components, working as a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites to ensure safety and OSHA compliance
• Measure, cut, and install commercial roofing and sheet metal systems to company standards
• Install TPO, EPD, PVC, metal panels, flashing, trim, coping, soffit, fascia, and related components
• Safely use, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, and materials
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and professional conduct standards

Requirements

• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)

• 1-3 years experience in construction or roofing
