Commercial Property Supervisor

About This Role

Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and strategic insight into property performance. This role involves managing property staff, maintaining strong owner and tenant relationships, and handling financial reporting and CAM reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
• Supervise and mentor property management staff, vendors, and contractors
• Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, providing updates, financial reporting, and strategic recommendations
• Maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
• Ensure accurate CAM reconciliations and expense tracking
• Ensure favorable tenant relations and rent collections
• Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for lease administration, work orders, budgeting, and reporting
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations
• Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management (retail and industrial)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors
• Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliation and lease administration
• Proficiency in property management software (Commercial)
• Ability to travel between properties in Los Angeles and the South Bay
• Experience managing multiple properties and staff (Required)
• Certification in Fair Housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, including retail and industrial assets. Experience managing multiple properties and staff.
