Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager

About This Role

Serve as the primary service contact for select commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic planning for their risk management, benefits, and financial goals. You will provide excellent customer service leadership and represent client needs within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review, negotiate and finalize quotes
• Obtain information from client, analyze risk, and apply technical expertise to make recommendations
• Determine Markets within Core Carrier Strategy
• Create solutions and make recommendations for strategy meetings with Client Advisors
• Create complete carrier submission and submit
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers
• Review binding documents for accuracy
• Perform Contract Reviews
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
• State Property & Casualty insurance license
• Functional knowledge of Excel (creating, formatting, evaluating formulas, working within templates)
• Proficient in Word and other MS Office products
• Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
