This role involves overseeing all aspects of collection and foreclosure matters, including litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, and court appearances. The attorney will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver compliant legal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of collection and foreclosure matters from inception through conclusion
- Develop litigation strategy for cases
- Draft and review pleadings
- Represent clients in court appearances
- Manage client communication
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and client-focused legal solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of collections and foreclosure and/or litigation experience
- Florida Bar Member
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of FDCPA
- Client-focused approach
