This role is for a Collaborating/Supervising Physician in Missouri, providing mentorship and oversight to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in mental health services. The physician ensures the delivery of exceptional patient-focused care and contributes to clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support to the team of APPs
- Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
- Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
- Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
- Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry
Requirements
- A valid medical license in the state of Missouri
- Experience in psychiatry
