Operate cold-pressed juicing equipment, manage juicing recipes, and calculate yields for juicing products while maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate cold pressed juicing equipment
• Familiarize with juicing recipes
• Calculate yields for juicing products
• Keep workspace clean
• Produce orders
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.

Nice to Have

• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training
• Experience with quantity food preparation
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
