Operate cold pressed juicing equipment, prepare juicing products according to recipes, and maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate cold pressed juicing equipment
• Familiar with juicing recipes
• Able to calculate yields for juicing products
• Keeping workspace clean
• Produce orders
• Adhering to all food safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience
• Experience operating cold pressed juicing equipment
• Familiarity with juicing recipes
• Ability to calculate yields for juicing products
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

Nice to Have

• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training
• Experience with quantity food preparation
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
