Serve high-quality food and beverages to guests in a dynamic casino environment, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to alcohol safety standards. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and handling financial transactions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times
- Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age
- Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests
- Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas
- Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately
- Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card
- Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
