Lead a US legal-tech startup as Co-Founder/CEO, driving fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and scaling a platform designed to automate and bring transparency to the legal services industry.
Responsibilities
- Own capital formation (pre-seed → seed), investor outreach, and company narrative
- Drive early revenue, partnerships and customer adoption
- Build and lead the initial GTM and operating team
- Translate a strong product and domain foundation into a scalable business
Requirements
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations
- Comfortable operating without a safety net — resourceful, resilient, self-directed
- Strong GTM instincts — can sell, partner, and build pipeline
Qualifications
- Track record of 0→1 or early-stage company building
Nice to Have
- Legal industry knowledge or network
- Experience leading growth in SaaS, marketplaces, or regulated/legal-tech
