Operate CNC Multi-Pallet 5-Axis Mills to machine parts to blueprint specifications, ensuring consistent quality and collaborating with Quality Control.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets
- Inspect first-run parts and collaborate with Quality Control to make adjustments
- Monitor in-process parts to ensure consistent quality
- Create fixtures and clamps as needed for specific jobs
- Machine parts to blueprint specifications
- Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, and finishing
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience operating CNC 5-axis mills
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Ownership of personal precision measuring tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience operating CNC 5-axis mills

- Experience with Siemens Celos controls
