Fabricate precision parts by operating CNC machines (lathe/mill turn) based on engineering models. This role involves inspecting parts for quality and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for production
- Inspect parts to print before, during and after machining
- Maintain CNC machines per operator-level requirements
- Maintain neat and organized workspace at all times
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes or Mill Turn Lathes
- Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, drop gauges, pin gauges and various hard gauging
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes or Mill Turn Lathes
Nice to Have
- Proficiency and knowledge of GD&T and understanding of blueprints
- G and M code knowledge
- Experience with Haas, Okuma, and Mori controls
