Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clubhouse areas for visiting and affiliated baseball players, coaches, and staff for the Worcester Red Sox 2026 baseball season.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visiting and Boston Red Sox-affiliated players, coaches and staff
- Maintain and clean Home and Visiting Clubhouse areas daily, including dugouts, bullpens, batting cages, showers, restrooms, Umpires' room, Women’s Locker Room, and team family lounge
- Transport players to/from the airport, Fenway Park, or other locations for player movement
- Assist clubhouse staff with team laundry and team errands
- Load/unload team gear and equipment before and after scheduled road trips
- Inventory team uniforms and equipment, including game attire such as jerseys, pants, helmets, baseballs, and bats
- Support kitchen staff in the presentation and breakdown of pre and post-game meals
Requirements
- Available to work all home games at Polar Park during the 2026 season (March-September), including night and day games, weekends, and some holidays
- Detailed eye for cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to follow direction in a timely and goal-oriented manner
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and work late into the night/early morning
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in a baseball clubhouse
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
