About This Role

Join Mind Lodge as a Clinical Therapist, providing individual therapy sessions and maintaining treatment plans for clients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
Create and maintain personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in a timely manner
Collaborate with other team members as needed
Engage in regular supervision and consultation

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Active licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LSW)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care

Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Clinical experience preferred
