Clinical Team Lead

About This Role

Oversee the delivery of services for an Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Program, supervising personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives. Provide and develop clinical services that promote person-centered treatment and facilitate independence for adults with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff
• Assist with Clinical oversight of all services at the specified location
• Assist Clinical Director with organizing admissions and discharges
• Conduct Assessments (Diagnostic, Level of Care Utilization System, Mental Health Review, Suicidal, and evaluation level of danger/risk)
• Interpret and summarize findings with recommended treatment/rehabilitation activities and goals
• Oversee the development of individual treatment/rehabilitation plans
• Oversee Case Coordination
• Provide direct service to clients including individual and group counseling services
• Conduct weekly staff meeting for location in absence of the Clinical Director
• Ensure quality assurance including person served outcomes and service outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field
• Licensure required or clinical trainee status (LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT)
• Minimum of 2000 hours (post BA) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
• Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field required from accredited college or university
• Minimum of 2000 hours (post BA) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness.
