About This Role

Provide direct patient care as a Clinical Nurse (RN) in Pre-Post Care, utilizing evidence-based practices and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care to patients based on evidence-based practices and professional standards
Perform all steps of the nursing process, including assessing, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
Coordinate care with other providers and educate patients and families on managing care and preventing complications
Partner with patient's family to deliver family-centered care
Monitor the quality of nursing care provided
Maintain professional development, including licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Contribute to the nursing profession through teaching and sharing expertise
Establish therapeutic relationships and create a climate conducive to healing
Diagnose and monitor patient conditions, determining nursing diagnoses and evaluating data
Teach patients and staff members information for self-care and illness prevention
Respond quickly and appropriately to rapidly changing situations and activate emergency protocols
Monitor own practices for patient and employee safety and compliance to standards and policies
Integrate multiple requests and work expectations by setting priorities and delegating tasks appropriately
Utilize available technology for communication, documentation, and information retrieval
Evaluate own nursing practice in relation to professional standards and regulations
