As a Clinical Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner for healthcare organizations, guiding them through quality measure reporting and ensuring high client satisfaction with Medisolv’s SaaS solutions. You will leverage clinical and commercial expertise to drive client value, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, ensuring full utilization of Medisolv’s solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership expansion through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling
- Safeguard data accuracy and integrity within Medisolv applications to enhance care quality and meet federal regulatory requirements
- Combine clinical expertise with proactive relationship management to improve patient outcomes using Medisolv’s solutions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of quality measures and communicate effectively about them
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensure excellent service, think creatively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to address data accuracy and integrity and improve service delivery
- Monitor account health and represent client interests within Medisolv, providing actionable feedback
- Engage clients through structured meetings and business reviews, guiding them through Medisolv’s solutions
